1 Kg flour
¼ l. milk
250 gr. lard
250 gr. sugar
15 gr. ammonia for cakes
8 eggs
400 gr. castor sugar
some drop of lemon juice
little coloured sweets
Directions:
Cook 6 hard-boiled eggs.
Pour the flour on the top of the table or on a board.
Make a circular hole in the middle of it and put in sugar, lard and the ammonia, previously dissolved in tepid water.
Mix ingredients together then add, gradually, milk.
Continue to mix the dough to obtain a dry amalgam: its surface must result as a velvet dough.
Let reposing it for 30 minutes.
Cut a portion of this one and level it with a roller to obtain a circular puff-paste of 30 cm of diameter and about 1 cm high.
Put one hard-boiled egg in its centre and fold up on itself in order to keep the egg in it.
Fold up well its edges.
Put a little of lard into one baking-pan and bake it in a preheated oven at 200 degree C. for about 15 minutes.
At the end of this time, test his baking.
Frosting:
Whip 2 eggs white (albumen) untile stiff peakes form, add gradually castor sugar continuing to whip.
When the whites arrive to a sweet consistence add some drop of lemon juice.
Rub the cream on the surface of biscuits and add some coloured sweets to decorate
